Project Manager needed - 100% REMOTELY

• Can jump in mid-projects (all our projects are running), 
• Will be present in client meetings taking notes, 
• Keep an overview of all projects, 
• Will be establishing and managing tools like Kanban boards and timelines on Notion, 
• Will answer the team's questions on requirements/updates/client feedback, 
• Very flexible in time and comfortable working in the evenings (a lot of clients are based in the US, so meetings are often between 5pm-9pm), 
• Ideally have some knowledge of development and design (to follow the conversations and terminology), 
• Very good communication skills, 
• Very strong English skills (other languages are a plus, at the moment Polish is a clear advantage in the team)

• Close cooperation with clients in order to thoroughly understand their business and build partnership relations.
• Managing teams of programmers and testers
• Monitoring the progress in the implementation of a given task until its closure, as well as checking the functionality performed
• Cooperation with other Project Managers, allowing for proper management of joint ventures and gathering knowledge
• Preparation of project reports and presentation of progress
