We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Head of AI Operations. Our client, a rapidly growing, Poland-based company, is focused on merging AI with blockchain technology to transform the crypto space. They use AI to analyze trading data, market sentiment, and predictions, building cutting-edge solutions and reshaping how crypto markets operate.

Requirements:

• Experience deploying AI solutions integrated with blockchain technologies
• Familiarity with decentralized storage systems (e.g., IPFS, Filecoin, Arweave)
• Technical expertise in MLOps, DevOps, or blockchain network operations
• Ability to design and implement automated, trustless systems
• Knowledge of privacy-preserving AI techniques (e.g., zero-knowledge proofs)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI workflows using decentralized systems
• Integrate AI tools with blockchain networks and smart contracts
• Oversee the deployment of AI models from research to production
• Set up monitoring systems to ensure AI model performance and reliability
• Lead a team to execute AI and Web3 initiatives
• Improve AI efficiency using token-based incentives
• Implement governance structures for decentralized AI operations
• Work closely with other teams to align AI initiatives with business goals

Nice to have:

• Understanding of Web3, including smart contracts and decentralized finance
• Experience with machine learning and blockchain implementations
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Knowledge of token engineering and oracle networks
