We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled GenAI Architect to join our growing Data & AI team at Altimetrik. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions that drive innovation and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, optimize, and maintain production-ready systems that deliver scalable, high-performance results for our clients. The ideal candidate has experience engaging with Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs or conversational interfaces, ML and LLM Ops and Observability, a baseline understanding of architectures like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), working experience with data engineering related to efforts associated with Data Lakes or Data Modernization projects, and cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams in the development and deployment of AI applications.
• Develop and maintain production-level GenAI systems using cloud technologies such as ChatGPT, Flowise, Langchain, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and engineering teams to drive the full lifecycle of feature and product development, from ideation to deployment.
• Design, implement, and optimize serverless architectures for AI-powered solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance.
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems by designing metadata schemas and using vector embeddings to improve data retrieval accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize microservices architecture to create and deploy Proof-of-Concept projects related to natural language tasks and content automation

If you possess...

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML projects.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud technologies including ChatGPT API, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with agile development practices and DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps tools and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
