💰 Salary 23 000 - 32 000 PLN (+equity) per year depending on your experience (Mid/Senior)

We're looking for a Backend Engineer for an international fintech company on a mission to protect and grow its clients’ life savings. The company was founded to address two of the biggest issues with Bitcoin adoption: accessibility and security. In a matter of years, they developed an industry-leading platform that introduced cryptocurrency into the daily lives of millions worldwide.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience in Backend Development
Experience with Python
AWS knowledge or another provider
Cloud-native tools experience with a focus on microservices, Docker, and CI/CD
Worked both with MongoDB and MySQL
Great English skills (B2 minimum)

Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy backend services
Focus on security, high availability, low latency, and fault tolerance
Full responsibility for the services, from development to production
Cross-functional work focused on ensuring the delivery of the best possible solutions
