Job description
Deviniti - We’re a Software Company and we’re currently looking for a Scrum Master, someone who is passionate about IT and looking to develop their career in the field. Work in projects that have a real impact on the quality of work in almost all branches of industry (e.i., aeronautics, biotechnology, medicine, automotive) and for major players on the market.
As a Scrum Master, your role will involve:
- Controlling the scrum processes and resolving obstacles
- Cooperating with product owners and harmonizing tasks with a development team
- Observing and tracking team progress
- Scheduling and monitoring upcoming tasks
- Backlog grooming
- Facilitating meetings
- Coaching team on agile principles and practices
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban
- Basic knowledge of software development process
- Fluent English
Desired skills:
- Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks
- Experience as a collaborative leader
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- German language
- Experience in software development
