This role is 100% remote.
Our client, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting is currently seeking a Technical Product Manager to be based remotely, but within Mainland Poland. This project is in collaboration with Google.

Requirements of the role:
- Experience as a Product owner for more than 4 years
- Experience in understanding technical documentation
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (like ITIL).
- Knowledge of Software Development Practices, especially Agile
- Experience in mentoring and managing contractor-staffed teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Business Analysis skills and ability to translate technical requirements into user stories
- Ability to execute multiple projects/features simultaneously
- Ability to explain issues and resolutions to technical and non-technical staff
- Full system development life cycle hands-on understanding: analysis, designing, coding, testing, performance tuning and documentation
- Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the team. Balances value propositions for competing stakeholders.
- Demonstrates clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions
- Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
- Skilled in providing oversight and mentoring team members. Shows ability to effectively delegate work.
- Persistence in getting things done
- Experience in corporate environment
