Job description

This role is 100% remote.

Our client, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting is currently seeking a Technical Product Manager to be based remotely, but within Mainland Poland. This project is in collaboration with Google.

Requirements of the role:

Experience as a Product owner for more than 4 years
Experience in understanding technical documentation
Knowledge of project management methodologies (like ITIL).
Knowledge of Software Development Practices, especially Agile
Experience in mentoring and managing contractor-staffed teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Business Analysis skills and ability to translate technical requirements into user stories
Ability to execute multiple projects/features simultaneously
Ability to explain issues and resolutions to technical and non-technical staff
Full system development life cycle hands-on understanding: analysis, designing, coding, testing, performance tuning and documentation
Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the team. Balances value propositions for competing stakeholders.
Demonstrates clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions
Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
Able to work under minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
Skilled in providing oversight and mentoring team members. Shows ability to effectively delegate work.
Persistence in getting things done
Experience in corporate environment
