Our client, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting is currently seeking Storage Lead to be based remotely, but within Mainland Poland.

Main tasks:
- Resolve incidents escalated by L1 as per the agreed SLAs and timelines and involve next level proactively for resolution.
- Work on allocation deallocation task and change
- Hands on configuration setup/modification/deletion task activities.
- Planning and Preparation for Stack upgrade to ensure Successful completion.
- Capacity planning of Storage required for business continuity.
- Preferred knowledge on automation python, shell.
- Mentoring of L1 team members on best practices, technical solutions and scripting.
- Creation of SOP and KT documentation etc.
- Planning and migration of heterogeneous storage environment.
- Capacity planning based on the growth of the data by periodically measuring the data.
Required skills and experience :
- Good experience with NetApp, IBM and HPE Storage and Brocade SAN switch and Scripting
- Hands on Hitachi, EMC and Cisco SAN Switch
- Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified.
- Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
- Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
- Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
- Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
- Certification in any one Storage Administration
