ServiceNow Lead Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Lead Engineer to join our dynamic Technology Services team.
Location and Work Mode:
Regural business working hours
Hybrid module of work from Gdansk or Warsaw – 2 days from home and 3 days from the office
This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust ServiceNow solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients in the IT Service Management domain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management and optimization of the ServiceNow platform to streamline IT operations, improve service delivery, and support business objectives. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams, including project management, system analysis, and cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure solutions are both scalable and aligned with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and understand complex client requirements, translating them into effective technical designs and configurations within the ServiceNow platform.
Lead the development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow modules and workflows to enhance IT Service Management capabilities.
Adhere to and champion the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance throughout project phases.
Implement coding best practices to guarantee secure, efficient, and maintainable software components.
Conduct comprehensive root cause analysis for incidents and problems related to ServiceNow applications, deploying timely fixes and optimizations.
Develop, automate, and execute a suite of test cases and validation processes to uphold system reliability and performance standards.
Modify existing platform functionalities in response to evolving business needs and emerging technological advancements.
Facilitate clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams, maintaining strong customer focus and responsiveness.
Take ownership of technical documentation, including design specifications, process workflows, and status reports to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and ServiceNow platform updates to foster continuous learning and innovation within the team.

Technical & Functional Skills:
Strong knowledge of software development principles, programming languages, and tools
Experience with automation, testing frameworks, and quality management processes
