SAP MDG Solution Architect -Remote

Dear Consultant,

We are hiring an experienced SAP MDG Solution Architect to lead and govern Master Data initiatives across enterprise SAP environments.

This role will act as a design authority, ensuring scalable, standardised, and future-ready Master Data solutions across complex SAP landscapes.

You will be responsible for defining SAP MDG architecture, integration patterns, and governance frameworks, working closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality Master Data solutions.

Location: Bulgaria (Preferred) / Poland / Romania (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern SAP MDG architecture across Master Data domains

• Define and enforce architecture standards and roadmap alignment

• Design and review MDG integrations with SAP ECC and S/4HANA

• Act as design authority for MDG solutions and integration patterns

• Guide teams on best practices for Master Data governance and implementation

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams

Key Requirements

Essential

• Strong experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)

• Proven experience integrating SAP MDG with ECC and/or S/4HANA

• Deep understanding of Master Data governance, data models, and replication frameworks

• Experience as Solution Architect / Design Authority

• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in S/4HANA transformation programmes

• Exposure to complex multi-system SAP environments
