SAP FICO Consultant – Localization & Rollout Projects

Dear Consultant,

We are urgently seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with extensive experience in S/4HANA rollout projects, particularly within Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. The ideal candidate will have strong localization experience, specifically in Poland and Turkey, and proficiency in Latvian and Montenegrin is mandatory.

Approx. 10–15% business travel

Contract Type: B2B

Start Date: 1st Week of August

Duration: 6 Months

Working Hours: CET business hours

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules

• Handle localization requirements for Turkey and Poland, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations

• Manage and support submodules including GL, AP, AR, Banking, and Asset Accounting

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve integration issues

• Execute required changes in system configuration

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand and implement new requirements

• Prepare end-user documentation and training manuals

• Participate in business travel (approx. 10–15%) when required

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO

• Proven experience in at least 2–3 SAP rollout/localization projects

• In-depth knowledge of Record-to-Report (RTR) processes

• Strong experience with S/4HANA Financials

• Proficiency in Latvian and Montenegrin (Mandatory)

• Good knowledge of Polish (Preferred)

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
