Senior System Analyst

Senior System Analyst (Data & Integration)

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements, translating them into functional and system specifications

• Create and maintain high-level and low-level design documentation

• Design and analyze scalable REST APIs and support integration architecture initiatives

• Develop logical and physical data models, ensuring alignment with data architecture and governance standards

• Support data lifecycle management, data lineage, quality standards and compliance requirements

• Analyze and document business processes using BPMN and UML methodologies

• Contribute across the Software Development Life Cycle, collaborating within Agile, Waterfall or DevOps environments

• Support ETL development and data integration initiatives

• Build and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making

• Use Python for analysis, automation or data-related tasks where required

• Collaborate with architects, developers and business stakeholders to define robust, scalable solutions

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and support continuous improvement across systems and processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Technical Analyst, or System Architect

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, integrations and API design principles

• Strong experience with data products, ETL development, and data modeling

• Practical experience with Power BI development (reports and dashboards)

• Good knowledge of banking data and credit products

• Experience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements

• Practical knowledge of BPMN, UML, and technical/system documentation

• Understanding of data governance, data quality and data architecture principles

• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)

• Python skills for data-related analysis or development tasks

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience with Snowflake

• Experience in enterprise-scale data platforms and modern cloud-based data architectures

• Exposure to banking domain data products and advanced reporting ecosystems
