We seek an IT HR Tech Expert with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Employee Central (Core HR) module. Additional knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules is beneficial.
The candidate will oversee the technical IT aspects of SuccessFactors for 100,000 employees globally, ensuring excellence in configuration, especially in CoreHR. This role involves collaboration with IT HR product owners, technical consultants, and HR business stakeholders. Advanced communication skills, innovation, and proficiency in Agile methodologies are essential.
