Are you a driven and hardworking consultant? Do you consider yourself as a specialist in Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions? Then you might be our new Lead Consultant, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace.
You can work remotely or in one of our locations in Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia.
You will be one of the key players in developing and maintaining our Digital Workplace solutions. You will work on configuration, testing and support of our Microsoft 365 environment as well as ensuring the continued support and renewal of our On-Premises installations. You will be a key player in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring safe migration and integration into our common setup. You will ensure that this collaboration system will provide everyone with a consistent user experience, which enables to improve the efficiency of business operations. You will enhance your skills by learning latest trends and updates on new messaging/collaboration technologies and architectures.
Your typical day will include:
- Providing 2nd level support to our IT support organization
- Acting as a consultant towards our business ensuring they get the most out of our services.
- Planning and evaluating the existing Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring maximized availability and securing provided feature sets.
- Work on the development of relevant technical standards and interface applications for the system.
- Track and monitor the performance of the system and provide proactive resolution for problems or outages.
- Contribute significantly in a research role, with some direct client interface, to the development, review and presentation of product capability, best practices, proposals, implementation and support services, project planning, and risk mitigation.
Background & Skills
- Solid experience with managing a Microsoft 365 setup.
- Solid experience with managing and supporting Exchange Online.
- Solid experience with managing and supporting SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
- Migration, implementation, administration and troubleshooting experience with Exchange Online.
- Migration, implementation, administration and troubleshooting experience with SharePoint Online.
- Experience with consulting on design and application architecture for SharePoint Online based solutions.
- Experience with managing PowerPlatform and/or LogicApps is desirable.
- Strong PowerShell skills, previous programming experience and willingness to go all command line!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Apply good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex concurrent tasks.
