Technical Project Manager

As part of our growth strategy, we are starting a strategic partnership with one of the biggest consulting companies in Germany with a strong focus on Data Management. Their clients include major banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications, and automotive brands.

Key information:

Salary:

• 22 000 - 26 000 PLN net/month - pure B2B contract

• 19 000 –22 500  PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)

It is vital that you have:

• at least 6 years of experience;

• proven experience leading large-scale migration programs;

• strong understanding of end-to-end data platform migrations;

• ability to apply and enforce Snowflake migration best practices;

• strong background in complex enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders;

• knowledge of English (min. B2);

• working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

• high communication skills;

• eager to learn and share knowledge.

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

• act as the senior project lead towards the customer, steering and aligning the customer-side project management;

• fhield the delivery team from operational noise and stakeholder pressure ("buffer role");

• drive governance, decision-making, escalation management, and executive communication;

• lead later project phases including migration wave planning and execution;

• closely coordinate with the Test Manager to ensure timely and high-quality test cycles and formal acceptances.
