Your responsibilities
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, and security
Configure and optimize ServiceNow modules (including ITSM and others)
Analyse requirements and support implementation of new functionalities
Ensure proper integration with external systems (REST, Web Services, SSO, LDAP)
Maintain platform consistency, alignment, and configuration quality standards
Support incident resolution, troubleshooting, and system improvements
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Contribute to gap analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Support BCMS-related activities, including documentation and process alignment
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders across the organization
We pay attention to candidates who have
5+ years of professional IT experience, including 2+ years in a ServiceNow Administrator role
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow product portfolio and Service Management processes
Experience with requirements analysis and project support
Knowledge of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, SSO, LDAP, Web Services)
Understanding of complex IT systems and their interoperability
Familiarity with IT security standards
Experience in creating technical documentation and SOPs
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills and English at min. B2 level
Certifications (required)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent
Nice to have
Experience with ServiceNow on-premise environments
Experience in solution design or architecture support
Exposure to process standardization and governance initiatives
