Cyberly.ai is a fast-growing cybersecurity awareness platform that helps companies reduce human risk through AI-personalized training, phishing simulations, and behavioral insights. We serve global enterprises and cybersecurity providers with a modern, data-driven approach to building security culture.

We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Specialist to support our expanding client base. This hybrid role blends client onboarding, communication, technical support, and small custom development tasks. You will work closely with clients and our product/engineering teams to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide new clients through technical onboarding and integrations

  • Handle incoming client questions (technical and product-related)

  • Prioritize tasks and requests using our internal workflow

  • Implement minor technical configurations (e.g., email updates, feature toggles, department adjustments)

  • Execute small technical tasks assigned by the product owner

  • Collaborate with developers on escalated or complex issues

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly

  • Solid technical understanding (comfortable with JSON, config files, APIs, etc.)

  • Experience in a support, technical onboarding, or customer success role in a SaaS environment

  • Structured and independent work style with good task-management habits

  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp product logic and client workflows

Nice to have:

  • Basic scripting/development experience (Java)

  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Jira, Postman

  • Fluency in English

  • Polish is optional but will be considered an advantage.
