Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and well-organized Data Architect to join our BI and Data Practice.
This position will require someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Data architecture and design
- Master Data Management
- Data Governance
- Overview of data workflow
- Communication with analysts to ensure a good result
- Address issues related to scalability, consistency, reliability, efficiency, and maintainability
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience and a strong understanding of AWS Data Infrastructure
- 3+ years of experience and strong knowledge in DMS (Database Migration Services), Glue and Lambda
- 5+ years of experience using Python in a Data environment
- Experience in MDM Solutions (Master Data Management) and Paradigm for Lakes and Lakehouses
- Fluent level of English
Nice to have:
- Experience with Qlik Replicate
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Glue Catalogue
- Experience working with Spark
- Basic understanding of Delta Lake
- Other AWS applications: Lake Foundation, Data Encryption, Event bus
- Experience working in a US-based, insurance, Fin-Tech industry company
- Ability to travel for business trips to the US
