Senior Product Designer 🚀

Hi! We are looking for a 🚀 Senior Product Designer 🚀 to join our client's international team of desginers.

📌 Location: Warsaw (4 days per week from office)

💸 Salary:

B2B: 100 - 130 PLN net + vat /h

🎯 The design team consists of six designers. The team works on global products for users across Europe, South America, and Asia, including:

• International Payment Platform – a "one-stop-shop" for all personas within the company's payment ecosystem
• Merchant Portal – a responsive platform for small and large merchants, allowing them to track transactions, order terminals, generate reports, manage employees, and order services
• SoftPOS – a mobile app that transforms a smartphone into a payment terminal
• Developer Platform – a digital product enabling developers to access APIs

🎯 Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in Product Design ideally in big, well known fintech comapny. 
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and propose solutions to stakeholders
• BA/BS degree in social sciences, interaction design, industrial design, or a related field
• Proven experience in user interface design, supported by a portfolio
• Deep understanding of the user experience design process and user research, with hands-on experience
• Proficiency in Figma, with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite as a plus
• Ability to translate customer insights into concepts, ideas, and products
• Hands-on experience with design systems and their development
• Ability to deliver high-quality design assets

🎯 Daily tasks:

1. Enhancing the UX through visual solutions tailored to user needs and cognitive abilitiesEnsuring the usability and visual consistency of our digital products
2. Designing final UI views and assets for web and mobile platforms
3. Developing, researching, and implementing design solutions for transactional portals, e-commerce platforms, and mobile applications
4. Creating and presenting interaction design concepts (wireframes), prototypes, and final designs
5. Engaging directly with users, designing concepts and prototypes for testing, identifying key unmet needs, and quickly prototyping solutions to significant challenges. Translating those solutions into designs that meet the needs of our merchant and financial institution clients.
6. Analyzing testing and research results to recommend the most effective design solutions
7. Staying up to date with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies.
