Business System Analyst (Salesforce)

We also provide body and team leasing services in IT, providing specialists in various fields.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements and developing feasibility recommendations.

• Leading workshops with stakeholders.

• Developing and/or implementing systems (both in-house solutions and those ordered from external vendors).

• Creating documentation in English (including writing user stories, UML, and BPMN diagrams).

• Working closely with the client and the project team (daily professional communication in English).

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

• Experience with Salesforce - must have

• Experience in business process modeling.

• Proficiency in UML or BPMN.

• Proven ability to write user stories.

• Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, as well as working in Agile methodologies.

• Experience working in an international environment.

• Self-reliance, business maturity, and excellent self-organization skills.
