Scope of duties:
- Analyze User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design of our service portfolio, identifying areas of improvement and optimization
- Performing complete UX research, including quality assurance, and drafting reports with conclusions and recommendations
- Planning and conducting user needs research and usability tests
- Collaborate on the creation of our new Design system
- Communicate with business and technical stakeholders to identify their needs and propose suitable solutions
- Create strategic user persona and user journeys as part of the digital strategy
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user/process flows, site maps to communicate interaction & design ideas, for desktop and web-based applications
- Working on an agile project (technically: working on macbooks)
What we expect from you:
- About 3-4 years of working experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Practical skills in using or co-creating Design Systems
- Knowledge of good UX/UI practices and ability to apply them in your work
- Strong portfolio showcasing your experience (use cases, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, etc.)
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Axure RP, Sketch, Figma, Adobe Illustrator Photoshop or similar applications
- Ability to conduct UX workshops with an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to work with technical documentation and create your own for BA
- Fluent in English language skills (verbal & written)
