Job Description:
Roles:
- Develop Powershell scripts for support and maintenance purposes
- Develop a C# tools and Apps (CSOM) for maintenance and support purposes
- Maintain and configure SharePoint 2010 / 2013 and Sharepoint Online environment
- Provide 3rd line end-user support for SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2010 / 2013
- Configure and maintain Site Collections, lists, Web Parts, workflows and integrate SharePoint with other MS products
- Perform a service reporting
- Expertise in SharePoint related projects
- Create documentation for end-users and other support teams
- Manage the service change management process, and act according to the roadmap
- Provide support and maintenance for core Office 365 components and services
- Maintenance activities around SharePoint and Office 365
Mandatory Skills:
- SharePoint Online / 2010 / 2013 functionality troubleshooting
- SharePoint Online / 2010 / 2013 management and maintenance
- SharePoint Online / 2010 / 2013 services configuration
- Experience with C# for development of tools and apps for Sharepoint Maintenance purpose (both SSOM and CSOM)
- SharePoint Online / 2010 / 2013 management and administration in UI and using Powershell
- Management of SharePoint sites, lists, web parts, content types, site columns and templates
- Experience in development in Azure, Knowledge on SharePoint Framework
- Office 365 / SharePoint Online / 2010 / 2013 functionality troubleshooting
- Experience with 3rd party tools (ShareGate, AvePoint, Metalogix)
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Nice to have:
- Experience in Managing and Maintaining Office 365
- Experience in Managing and customizing Search for SharePoint
- Knowledge in developing Powershell scripts for SharePoint and O365 management
- Knowledge in Office 365 CSOM
- Knowledge in JS, jQuery, AngularJS
- Knowledge in O365 services like Flow, Planner, Staffhub
