Business Analyst

• Business requirements collection and refining,
• Support the Product Owner in the execution of a long-term product development roadmap,
• Work closely with top management and sales team to gather and analyze business needs,
• Work closely within the Scrum product development team members: architects, developers and QA engineers to deliver new product iterations to customers,
• Take part in defining a long-term product development roadmap,
• Support formal processes related to running and accounting for product development work,
• Take part in sales support activities and be involved in quality assurance of products of entrusted projects

• Minimum 3+ years of comprehensive experience in the international environment,
• Visionary thinker, familiar with the Agile and Scrum, but also acquainted with the broader software engineering skills set,
• Interested in blockchain as well as generally acquainted with the newest technologies,
• Analytical, technical and problem resolution skills with the ability to interpret business, technical reports and documents,
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment,
• Ambitious with a strong work ethic, positive behavior, ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, results-focused and detailed-oriented with excellent time management and planning skills,
• Good technical knowledge and a good understanding of financial regulations, laws, guidelines, accounting practices, and related procedures.
