Job description

Online interview
As a valued member of the IT team you will:

  • Perform software installations, upgrades as well as configure customer-specific software
  • Collaborate with the Information Technology teams to update workflow processes which can impact multiple teams
  • Review team’s current processes &recommend improvements
  • Provide remote & on-site support with moderately complex technical issues to your colleagues company-wide (investigate, research, and resolve issues)
  • Manage well-known systems such as Jira, Jenkins, Confluence, Azure, Bitbucket & Active Directory
  • Create and manage documents such as installation guides and workflow processes
  • Train users and communicate policies and standards to improve software performance and service quality
  • Be responsible for the information security of your colleagues' by giving appropriate access to systems managed by IT team

We we expect of you:

  • Knowledge of Windows/MacOS/Linux &Windows servers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform
  • Basic Linux skills (ability to move freely in terminal, create and delete documents)
  • Basics of LAN/WAN/VPN
  • Technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good English skills (min. B2)
  • Positive approach
  • Team player &problem-solving attitude

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Experience with at least one of the following: Python/Powershell/Bash
  • Prior experience with REST API
  • Working experience with Jira
  • Previous experience with ITIL/Agile methodology
