What you’ll do
  • Craft user stories and use cases including the appropriate level of technical requirements and an understanding of the business value
  • Collect requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts from across the organisation, including appropriate technical detail and business goals
  • Contribute to the planning and facilitate road map alignment with Head of Product and Head of Engineering
  • Monitor the team’s development velocity and facilitate the resolution of risks and blockers
  • Manage resolution of urgent engineering issues while communicating changes to business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, Scrum Masters and Product Owners to deliver software
  • You will work closely with 1 or 2 Engineering teams to build their road map, manage their backlog and deliver software
