Senior Project Manager

Duties

• Lead with vision – Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed implementation plans.

• Keep things on track – Manage schedules, oversee work plans, and ensure projects stay on time and within scope.

• Be the bridge – Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration.

• Measure & report– Monitor progress, track KPIs, and oversee budget and resource allocation.

• Act as a strategic sparring partner – constructively challenge both the team and the client to maximize business value.

• Tackle risks– Identify potential challenges early and proactively mitigate risks.

• Foster teamwork– Balance priorities across project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.

• Drive efficiency – Oversee time reporting and financial reconciliation for project success.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in project management.

• Understanding of the project lifecycle and strong organizational skills.

• Salesforce ecosystem knowledge - implementation experience is a plus.

• IT knowledge (e.g., databases, processes, infrastructure, key providers).

• Fluent English (written & spoken).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach.

Nice To Have

• Fluent German or French.

• Agile/Scrum experience.

• Experience leading, motivating, and coaching project teams.
