Project Management Officer

Your daily tasks will include

• Co-planning talent allocation
• Leading recurrent meetings with stakeholders
• Ensuring procedures are systematically executed
• Reporting to stakeholders (including clients)
• Creating and updating standards and procedures

The following will make you succeed in this role

• Have over 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Speak Polish and English fluently (B2 or higher)
• Have an analytical mindset, pay attention to detail
• You are familiar with the IT industry and Agile methodology
• You are experienced in gathering, processing and consolidating data
• Have the ability to present data in a clear, visually appealing way
• Ability to identify potential improvements and drive necessary changes to optimize processes
• Have advanced skills within MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Have knowledge related to automation tools (it would be a plus)
