Technical Support Engineer (3rd Line Support)


Location: Hybrid/KrakowFull-time | Permanent



We’re looking for a Service Delivery Engineer with strong 3rd Line Support experience to join our growing technical team. In this role, you'll be a key player in delivering and supporting our solutions for clients — from complex technical troubleshooting to collaborating on project delivery with internal teams.



What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues across infrastructure, network, and application layers.

  • Work with internal teams (Customer Success, Account Management) to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

  • Manage and support cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

  • Configure and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automate processes with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

  • Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and related tools.

  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and security best practices.

  • Support system migrations, integrations, and disaster recovery efforts.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and technical support.

  • Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

  • Proficient with scripting languages and SQL.

  • Great communication and problem-solving skills.

  • ITIL knowledge and certifications like Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.


Bonus If You Have

  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and automation.

  • A good grasp of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  • Ability to document technical issues and solutions clearly.
