We’re looking for an Technical Support Lead who can lead from the front—owning the delivery of exceptional IT support services, building trusted client relationships, and driving operational improvements that make a tangible difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the main point of contact for IT delivery and operations for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges
Lead and mentor a team of IT operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
Oversee IT systems (networks, servers, apps) and ensure reliable incident and service management
Ensure compliance with IT security standards and policies
Identify and implement process improvements, automating where possible
Track and deliver against key service KPIs (SLA compliance, uptime, response times, etc.)
Support the commercial team on client retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities through service excellence
Act as the voice of the client internally—championing their feedback to shape better products and services
Deliver regular reports, reviews, and presentations on performance and opportunities
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience
Proven experience in IT delivery management, service management, or similar roles
Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills—you know how to build trust
Strategic mindset—you understand business goals and align IT services to meet them
A hands-on leader with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for great service
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiar with modern IT tools and systems
Certifications like ITIL, PMP, or CISSP – a strong plus
Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies – a bonus
