    About the MarTech Integration Team:


    Our MarTech Integration team is pivotal in bridging our digital marketing technologies with our internal systems, enabling data-driven marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. As we expand our Martech capabilities, we are looking for skilled Java Engineers who are passionate about both technology and marketing to join us!


    Domain Knowledge Requirements:

    • Martech Platforms: Understanding of Martech technologies such as CRM, CMS, Email Marketing, and Analytics tools, and their integration with internal systems
    • System Integration: Experience in designing and implementing integrations between complex systems, particularly in a marketing or data-driven environment
    • Data-Driven Marketing: Knowledge of how to leverage customer data to drive marketing strategies, including experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data integration tools
    • High-Performance Platforms: Experience in designing, building, and optimizing high-performance systems, especially in B2C environments
    • Security: Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and security measures for managing customer data


    Technical Skills Requirements:

    • Java and Spring: Strong experience with Java core and knowledge of the Spring framework, with a focus on building scalable, reliable, and secure integrations
    • API Development: Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate integration between Martech platforms and internal systems
    • Database Mastery: Strong SQL knowledge, particularly with PostgreSQL, and experience with data synchronization between systems
    • Event-Driven Architecture: Experience with event streaming platforms like Kafka to manage real-time data flows between systems
    • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly in deploying and managing integration solutions
    • Asynchronous Programming: Advanced understanding and hands-on experience with asynchronous programming, particularly in an integration context
    • Version Control & Development Practices: Proficiency in Git Flow and XP practices, with a focus on continuous integration and deployment


    Soft Skills Requirements:

    • Communication: Effective communication skills, particularly with teams responsible for marketing, product management, and operations
    • Analytical Thinking: Ability to tackle and investigate complex integration challenges and translate them into actionable tasks
    • Adaptability to Rapid Changes: Demonstrated ability to adjust to quick technological shifts and evolving marketing and business requirements
    • Ownership and Accountability: Willingness to take ownership of integration projects, demonstrating accountability for results and outcomes
