Duties

Analyze, maintain and monitor data processing solutions
Create, update or merge accounts using a variety of systems
Connect with and support customers
Take ownership of and follow-through with the processing issues and client cases
Research root cause and determine next steps for resolution on varying level of complexity
Ensure that all internal and external customer interactions are handled professionally and with the highest level of service

Required skills

Excellent command of English
Service-oriented attitude, patience, thoroughness and good attention to detail
Proactive approach and strong analytical skills
Ability to work in U.S. business hours (2 PM – 10 PM CET)
Practical knowledge of MS Excel
Familiarity with SQL is a plus
Experience with customer support is a plus
