    Job description

    Duties

    As DevOps Engineer you will be buidling a Microservices platform for a global pharmaceutical company.

    • Developing continous deployment pipelines for .Net and Java Microservices, using Azure DevOps;
    • Maintaining Kubernetes environment hosted in AWS cloud;
    • Designing and implementing tools for operational support;
    • Collaborating with internal development teams in migrating legacy applications to Kubernetes

    Required skills

    • At least 2 years of experience with Kubernetes;
    • Experience with developing Azure DevOps pipelines;
    • Good knowledge of AWS cloud offerings (EC2, EKS, networking components, S3);
    • Experience with application monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana;
    • Experience with automation tools (Ansible);
    • Familiarity with Microservices architecture;
    • Familiarity with Linux (RedHat, AmazonLinux) and Bash or Python scripting

    Nice to have

    • AWS Certification
    • Familiarity with Service Mesh implementions, such as Istio;
    • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (CloudFormation, Terraform);
    • Knowledge of relational databases administration (Postgres);
    • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Neo4j);
    • Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ);
    • Software development experience in Java, .Net or Go
