Azure Solutions Architect

You will work close with C&F Competency Leaders and C&F CTO and be responsible for designing solutions and providing advice and technical consulting for our customers. The focus areas are Data Management and Cloud, with good orientation in general Software Engineering. The ideal candidate should be strong in all areas. 

You will be responsible for:

• Discuss and understand client needs and provide expertise and advice or design and implement the solution.
• Lead projects and teams from technical / substantive perspective.
• Lead presales activities.
• Work on C&F offering, standards, frameworks, and accelerators.
• Client Advocacy to develop, maintain and harvest customer relationships at CXOs and Mid-Management levels to generate new business.
• Technical leadership in architecture, development and deployment of Azure based solutions for C&F customers and offering teams.
• Develop IP, best practices, and knowledge assets to be re-usable and shared across C&F.
• Participate in providing mentoring support and guidance to team members to help grow skills and capabilities of the Azure/Cloud practice.
• Actively contribute to a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What you will need:

• Min. 8-10 years of experience in architecting, developing, and deploying enterprise applications.
• Excellent articulation and Client communication skills.
• Very strong Data Management Solution experience.
• Certified Solution Architect in at least one Public Cloud, preferably multi-Cloud such as Azure and AWS/GCP but not exclusive (OCP, VMWare etc.).
• Hands-on knowledge of designing and implementing Data Solutions like: Warehouses, Data Lakes, Data Mesh Architectures, Reporting platforms, Data Streaming Platforms, etc.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Cloud environments and services.
• Hands-on knowledge of the data services and tools, like: Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Fabric, Snowflake, Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, Azure ADX, Neo4j, Cosmos, etc.
• Experience with large and complex Hybrid-Cloud and Multi-Cloud Migration and Modernization projects in an Advisory/Consulting capacity.
• Experienced in Agile and Scaled Agile Delivery.
• Hands on Dev-Ops exposure.
• Knowledge of emerging and trending digital technologies (ie. AI, Mobility, Blockchain, Machine Learning, RPA, IoT, etc.) and how they intersect with industry-related business patterns.
• Capability to “carry the room” when presenting or demonstrating solutions.
• Willingness to learn from and mentor others.

Optional:

• Very good knowledge of English (and Polish) with the ability to speak but also explain and simplify technical topics for the business
• Ability to travel.
