Due to our dynamic growth, we are seeking an individual for the position of Azure Team Leader. A new person will play a key role in developing our team.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the Azur team (currently about 10 people), especially:
• - active participation in recruiting team members,
• - planning and deciding on career paths,
• - conducting annual interviews,
• Reviewing the team's activities,
• Removing obstacles that team members may encounter,
• Organizing processes and resources to promote effective collaboration,
• Conducting employee training,
• Ensuring knowledge transfer within the team,
• Identifying process improvements and leading improvement initiatives,
• Ensuring a good atmosphere of cooperation within the team.

What you will need:

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in the area of team / people management,
• Orientation / minimum basic knowledge of the Azure market and technologies​,
• Experience working on projects with data / data visualization,
• Very good knowledge of English (C1) and Polish,
• Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies. We mostly work on T&M projects where results matter,
• Proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset, research, problem solving and analytical skills,
• Ability to work independently and take the lead,
• Strong communication ability (verbal & written),
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously​,
• Initiative, enthusiasm and commitment,
• Quick to assimilate and use new information.
