The DataOps team focuses on maintaining, monitoring data processing and quality and supporting in development two data integration platforms related to the interactions of sales representatives from a large pharmaceutical company with doctors and patients.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting end-users by providing data domains knowledge in case of any data questions | issues with its accessibility, quality, completeness (that requires both business and data context fluency which you will be growing towards)
• Within above identifying issues (data, processing, source) and recommending/participating/implementing their resolution (code fixes, logic changes)
• Monitoring the platform in terms of: processing (ELT; includes all steps towards streamlining processes and optimization), data quality (DQ; includes all steps towards analyzing and solving issues as well as optimization/improvement)

Our requirements:

• Knowledge of SQL and general database concepts
• Ability to analyze data for anomalies, trend analysis, quality issues, and problems with timeliness and availability
• Ability to analyze ETL code for understanding mappings or identifying potential errors
• Availability to work from 9AM to 5PM or 10AM to 6PM
• Analytical thinking
• Openness to work in a team (both local and international)
• Flexibility with changing priorities
• Good organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish​

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience with data quality (DQ) tools
• Experience in working with and optimizing SQL queries, and data modeling
