Trackwise Support Engineer will join the team responsible for ensuring the interrupted functioning of the Trackwise application in the life science company.
This position predicts 1/4 FTE engagement remotely.

- Strong proficiency with tools: Trackwise, Jira, Confluence
- Experience in business stakeholder management
- Ability to work effectively with support teams and service vendors
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to efficiently manage tickets
- Proficiency in English
Key tasks:
- Process tickets within 1st and 2nd level support
- Knowledge of Trackwise application and its architecture
- Collaborate closely with the Business Support team
- Coordinate with external vendors to resolve issues quickly
- Manage and track tickets using Jira and Trackwise
- Create and update documentation in Confluence
- Maintain regular communication with business stakeholders to ensure continuous support
