WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to be a part of our frontend team. The candidate should be a supportive engaged team player, an active learner with strong communication as well as programming skills and have an ability to solve complex problems using simple up-to-date solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will develop and enhance innovative frontend applications for one of our main clients - Practi by JustEat. The application is an intelligent point-of-sale widely used in Israel and since 2019 successfully entering the Great Britain market.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- collaborate with software developers/products owners/project managers/UX designers to create high-quality frontend applications
- consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams
- mentor junior to mid-level members of the team
- lead delivery of major components and platforms
- have a direct contact with clients and advise in their decision making process
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- at least 6 years of commercial programming experience
- at least 4 years of experience building frontend applications
- excellent knowledge and deep understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript and React
- familiarity with Responsive Web Design
- experience with AWS or other Cloud providers
- ability to communicate your ideas and feedback to the team and clients
- advanced problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- outstanding time-management and organisation skills
- comfort working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills
- experience using agile methodologies to deliver software projects
- excellent command of Polish & English (both written and spoken)
