✔️ CV screening (0.5h) - we talk through your experience and our expectations, making sure that both sides see potential for collaboration and common ground.
✔️ Interview (tech part 1.5h & non-tech part 1h) - we check not only technical skills but also want to ensure a good match in mindset and values.
✔️ Programming task - a small app to create, designed to reflect your skills in practice. It always has a defined time limit that does not exceed 8 working hours.
✔️ Feedback - as a final step, we share impressions from the whole process, covering both the interview and coding task, so you receive constructive insights.
