We will walk through your experience and our expectations to see if there is a strong foundation for collaboration on both sides.
✔️ Interview (1.5h technical & 1h non-technical)
Beyond assessing your technical skills, we also focus on your mindset and values to ensure we are a good mutual fit.
✔️ Programming Task
A practical assignment designed to reflect real work scenarios. It comes with a clearly defined time limit (max. 8 working hours).
✔️ Feedback
As a final step, we share detailed feedback covering both the interview and coding task, so you leave the process with valuable, constructive insights.

The interviews are held in both Polish and English, and we may switch between them naturally, as we collaborate in international teams.
