about the role 🧑🏻‍💻

We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to join our bright team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile development in React Native and practical knowledge of web development, and the flexibility to take on diverse tasks, from building cross-platform applications to optimizing backend solutions like database design and creating intuitive user interfaces.

As a Fullstack Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will feel great in our team if you are a team player who approach challenges and complexities with a problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback.

what you will do 🤝

• collaborate with the product manager/owner to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• build and maintain cross-platform mobile application using React Native, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices
• develop responsive, user-friendly application, including both frontend web solutions using modern technologies and backend server-side logic, APIs, and database structures
• participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices
• provide constructive feedback to team members as well as to the clients
• share knowledge with the rest of the team (outside and inside the organisation)

what we would like to see ✅

• at least 4 years of commercial programming experience with React Native
• solid understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript
• we would also appreciate your practical experience in Node.js and React
• a solution-oriented mindset
• positive approach and flexibility to work on new challenges
• very good level of English 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (both written and spoken)
• very good level of Polish 🇵🇱 (we work in an international environment, but within the company, we communicate in Polish)

we would also appreciate if you have 🙌

• familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes
• experience with working on startup projects
