German speaking Internal License and Service Management Consultant with German Tax&Law Knowledge

Development, establishment, coordination and control of license management in BBM for the charging of IT software to the worldwide legal Entities.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Deteminate, track of costs and users, coordinate with Bosch tax department, central departments, IT departments and internal project managers. 
• Coordinate with Project-Leads, calculate charging to plants for the projects S/4HANA and Kinaxis rollout and announce to the plants.
• Coordinate process to activate cost for the internal development of IT-Software as "incidental acquisition costs".
• Define and establish of a standardized process for the activation and the licensing of IT-Software and documentation of the results for external audits.
• Monitor and manage software licenses for the Mobility Business Unit, including tracking usage, renewals, and compliance with licensing agreements.
• Role as Software License Coordinator for Mobility Business Unit at Bosch.

Profile:

• Knowledge in German tax law in direction of internal services, licences and transfer price management. 
• 2-3 years experience in the area of international transfer price regulations. 
• Study of economics. 
• Strong analytical and controlling abilities.
• German language fluently and good understanding of German tax terminology.
