Job description

This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, Poland and you will join our Quality Assurance Team in Software & Quality Support Department. The QA Team is in charge of running all QA related initiatives across BEC. That includes working in three focus areas: Process & Compliance, Test Tools development and Test Environments and Data.


As QA Coordinator you will work on increasing compliance and maturity level in BEC in field of Quality Assurance. That is mainly design and implementation of QA processes and procedures. Making sure they are implemented successfully across company and teams are educated appropriately. Your work will impact 1000+ specialists including developers, business analysts and QA experts. At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to eight days per month. Your direct manager will be Lukasz Krzeminski.


This is a replacement vacancy with planned due date the earliest end of march 2025.


Primary task and responsibilities include:


  • Design of Quality Assurance process, procedures and guidance on a company level
  • Close collaboration with internal audit on increasing process maturity and assure proper requirements are in place
  • Interacting with various stakeholders, such as QA coordinators, business analysts, developers, subject matter experts
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes
  • Supervising of the procedure implementations, design of control points incl. reporting to the management
  • Assuring that work is conducted according to BEC quality standards 
  • Creating of educational content, guidance, business cases, presentations, workshops

To succeed you will have: 


  • Must have expert knowledge and experience in:
  • Test and quality assurance
  • Test techniques and test process and tools
  • Agile testing
  • + 5 years of experience in managing quality team/role
  • Proven skills in facilitating workshops, trainings and presentations to different management levels and competences
  • ISTQB knowledge on at least foundation level is a must, knowledge of other standards like Tmap will be a plus
  • Experience in working with audit or as an auditor will be a great asset
  • Outgoing and customer facing approach is essential
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience in Agile ways of working
  • Great communication skills, incl. fluent in English (written and spoken)
