BEC Financial Technologies
With teams in Denmark and Poland, we create financial IT solutions for 25% of Danish bank customers. We make it possible for them to invest online, take out loans and transfer money. In other words, everything it takes to run a bank.
This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, Poland and you will join the area management team. The team is part of the Service Integration and Security department and will take the lead in integrating BEC services into our service providers.
The manager provides the ideal candidate with an exceptional opportunity to create, develop, and solidify the role within BEC alongside the team. Key attributes for success include strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and effective stakeholder management. The structure of the team and ways of working is important, as it is key to solving challenges fundamentally better.
At BEC, we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office 4 days a week and working remotely for 1 day. The role requires traveling to Denmark up to 6-8 times per year.
