Our requirements:

Hands-on experience in working with a team from Africa or Asia.
Experience in working with partners/clients from Germany.
Fluent verbal and written communication in English and German.
Holding SAFe certificate; additional relevant certifications in project management will be considered a distinct advantage.
Experience in R&D Department or Product Development.
Work with Epics, User Stories, Tasks, SubTasks, Acceptance Criteria - Ability to co-work with BA, PO, QA, DevOps, ability to replace defined roles.
Proficient knowledge of tools such as Jira, Asana, TFS, etc.
Experience in programming.
Preference to work hybrid.
