UX Analyst

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a UX researcher
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods in practice
• Communication and listening skills
• Knowledge of tools: e.g. Google Analytics, Excel, tools for quantitative and qualitative analysis, tools for creating surveys

Your responsibilities

• Development of research strategy in the ZCX group
• Building a team of researchers with the support of the Team Leader
• Supervision of research and conducting research
• Conducting training in conducting research, developing results and presenting them
• Estimating demand for research;
• Creation and optimization of processes, consents needed for research, etc.
• Recruitment and assistance in recruiting respondents
• Taking care of the organization and storage of research results
• Selecting research tools and ensuring their correct use by the team of researchers and designers
