For Digital Hub Warsaw, we are looking for:

 

Cyber Risk Specialist – Compliance

The Cyber Risk Specialist - Compliance supervises, delegates, and assists the development and implementation of compliance monitoring methodologies and programs to proactively identify, report and remediate all compliance risks. Directs and leads global/regional IT Compliance resources as applicable.

 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

  • Contribute to the creation of IT compliance standards for both internal Bayer directives and external regulations
  • Help create methodologies and processes for centralized system IT compliance monitoring for Bayer that accounts for global and regional requirements
  • Promote compliance with Bayer directives and applicable external regulations (e.g. IT Security, financial controls, GxP, country- specific, etc.) Noting that IT Security is an underlying thread for many compliance areas.
  • Contribute to Bayer’s reputation and shareholder value by continually supporting changes to Bayer directives and applicable external regulations
  • Partner with Bayer process owners and IT Service owners to direct implementation of IT controls
  • Develop strong relationships with Bayer’s compliance community (e.g. GxP, IT QA, Audit, Legal, etc.) and external auditors to develop guidance for internal project and system audits

 

Qualifications & Competencies (education, skills, experience):

 

  • B.S. in Business, Information or related technical field, required; Masters preferable.
  • Minimum of 8 years with direct business information systems deployment experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience can supersede degree requirement.
  • Must have experience leading teams
  • The ability to use flexible leadership skills.
  • Must be innovative, persistent and committed to a successful completion of assignments on-time with complete accuracy.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a global matrix organization model and interact effectively and develop consensus with all levels of management/senior management within a multi-functional team environment
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
