SAP Technical Expert

As a SAP Technical Expert within our Enterprise Application - SAP Development and Technologies team, you will  be working mainly on 

• Analyzing and Troubleshooting 

• Provisioning of technical services 

• Close collaboration with SAP Integration, SAP Hosting and all EA functional teams 

The SAP Development and Technologies team supports the SAP teams worldwide in projects as well as in daily  service operations. 

Duties and responsibilities 

• Analyzing and support complex technical situations 

• Providing technical support globally for incoming inquiries for all SAP modules 

• Independent administration of tickets in accordance with service level agreements

• Ensuring service-oriented analysis, pre-qualification and fulfillment of incoming service requests,  incidents, or fast-track demands 

• Ability to work independently in cooperation with functional IT-Consultants to implement requirements  and solve problems and incidents. 

Professional competencies 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science of the related field or equivalent work experience

• 3-4 years of the experience with SAP and SAP BTP 

• Proven technical background within SAP 

• Experience with SAP BTP architecture 

• Experience with Fiori architecture 

• Experience with SAP HANA and S/4 Hana is a plus 

• Experience with SAP Workflow is a plus 

• Experience with ABAP or SAPUI5 is a plus 

• English (at least B2 level) 

Personal competencies 

• Technically enthusiastic and willing to learn attitude is required 

• Ability to work unsupervised in a multi-task environment in a global team
