Archdesk is a next-generation ERP software for construction companies in a SaaS model. Working on some of the most notable construction projects around Europe for some of the biggest construction companies and tens of smaller subcontractors across the UK, the rest of Europe and UAE.
The Technical Implementation Consultant will be responsible for our Customers' system configuration. You will become an expert in implementing our platform to ensure the highest level of customer experience!

About The Job:
- Software configuration and ensuring successful implementation,
- Analysing the data provided by the Customer to determine its quality and readiness for implementation,
- Conducting Customer training on custom setups,
- Helping our Customers gain value by using our software and achieve the success they are looking for,
- Solving customer problems,
- Monitoring Customer Accounts to maintain high customer satisfaction,
- Manage technical queries during the implementation process,
- Communicate with the product development and technical team on customer requirements and alignment with the development roadmap,
- Working together on internal processes improvements as part of the Implementation Team.
Desirable Skills (Nice To Have):
- Experience in ERP/Project Management software implementation or similar,
- Construction industry experience,
- Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel,
- Basic knowledge of JSON
