The Functional Lead in Workplace Management team is responsible for managing and optimizing IT (Information Technology) systems following the “Modern Workplace” approach
Duties and responsibilities
• Responsible on an architectural level and influences the departments strategy by gaining a complete overview.
• Responsible for the planning, delivery, and success of IT projects for business, IT, and lifecycle purposes, fulfilling the quality, time, and budget targets.
• Interdisciplinary, functional leading of the global team, as well as a regular monitoring and reporting to the several IT and business stakeholders.
Professional competencies
• Experience in managing lifecycle and operations of the Windows Client Platform and Intune endpoint management system:
• Planning lifecycle strategy of both platforms,
• Creating and maintaining platform architecture and design,
• New build / feature development, piloting, and release management,
• Managing end user support and knowledge transfer to the support departments,
• Creating and maintaining required documentation,
• Communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge on endpoint security in line with the given IS-POL’s.
• Experience in Windows client deployment based on the defined Roadmap.
• Experience in steering client migration activities to reach the goal of standardizing management platforms.
• Excellent inside-out communication (e.g., Teams channels, reports).
• Experience in managing subordinate team members on a functional level, aligned with the disciplinary lead.
• Ability to assure stable operations by leveraging the resources of the global team effectively.

• Exceptional (English language) communication skills including a remarkably high problem-solving competency, hand on mentality and flexibility.
