Job description

We are supporting an international organization in the search for a Senior Talent Systems Manager to join a global HR Technology team responsible for developing and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.

This role combines hands-on system configuration, project leadership, and collaboration with global stakeholders. You will work on strategic HR tech initiatives and help drive the evolution of Talent-related modules within SuccessFactors.

Your responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules, primarily Performance & Goals (PMGM) and Succession

  • Support the Recruiting module when needed (backup responsibilities)

  • Lead HR Tech projects related to system improvements and new implementations

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver system enhancements

  • Translate business requirements into system solutions

  • Work closely with global HR stakeholders across multiple regions

  • Contribute to strategic development of HR systems and digital HR initiatives

  • Support complex system challenges beyond first and second line support

You will act as a project lead, working with consultants and internal teams to deliver HR technology solutions.


Your profile

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Systems

  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors

  • 1–2 years of configuration experience in PMGM (Performance & Goals Management) and Succession

  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting (certification or practical experience)

  • Experience working on system implementations or transformation projects

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment

  • Consulting mindset and strong problem-solving approach
