Job description
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in design and modification of business processes/IT systems and strong analytical skills
- Experience in interacting with business partners in order to understand their needs
- Experience in management of business and IT stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of analytical artifacts (process modeling, user requirements documentation, functional requirements, state diagrams, examples of use, scenarios, traceability matrix, decision tables)
- Good knowledge of Agile software development process
- Experience in international projects
- Fluent English (min. B2/C1)
Responsibilities:
- Communication and collaboration between the business and IT
- Working closely with Product Owner, Delivery manager, UX designer and development team to find optimal solutions and present them to the business
- Requirements management and communication
- Translating and simplifying requirements
- Ensuring the project team shares the product vision
- Providing business context to the development team and inspiring them to optimize and aim for a better IT product
- Working with business stakeholders, interpreting and translating their needs into a consistent vision of a product
