Application Modernization (AMS) is one of the largest Atos business practices in Poland. It employs over 1,000 IT professionals in the areas of BA, Testing, Project Management, Data Base, and Development. AMS executes contracts for more than 140 clients from various industries.

We are currently looking for Scrum Master

who will join software development project management department leading from small to large projects (Waterfall or Agile) in whole variety of sectors: Resources & Services, Public Sector & Defense, Telecom, Media & Technology, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Insurance, Aeronautics/Airspace.

Being in our Team you become empowered leader driving your team to deliver solutions to our worldwide well-known clients (e.g. European Space Agency, National Savings & Investment, Olympic Committee, European Parliament).

Your colleagues will be over 80 regular and senior PMs, working remotely or/and from one of our offices across Poland.

What will you do?

facilitate agility within the project according to the best available practices
handle impediments as a team servant-leader
support methodically and coaches all other team members, including the Product Owner in their roles
act towards team agile maturity increase, especially in scaled agile projects
proactively manage all project management aspects.

Must have experience:

2 years’ experience in delivery through any Agile development environment (SCRUM, SAFe, NEXUS, LeSS, APMG AGILE Framework)
2 years’ experience in effective implementation Agile and Lean principles as SCRUM Master
2 years’ experience in the project management role (PM), preferably in large-scale project or program within distributed multicultural environments
A higher education degree, preferably with a major in business, technology, science, engineering or mathematics
Good practical knowledge of the techniques used by SCRUM Master, Agile PM, PO (any renown certification is a plus)
In depth knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques (SCRUM on team level, SAFe on project level)
Experience in a facilitator role towards senior stakeholders in international, multicultural organization
In depth knowledge of an agile management tools (JIRA, Confluence, AM)
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
